Organizational details
The summit will take place in SUITE 2, located on the third floor. The entrance will be clearly signposted from the hotel main lobby. Both staircase and elevator access will be available. A cloakroom with a dedicated attendant will be available throughout the entire duration of the event.
Parking is available in the hotel garage and in the outdoor parking area of the Grand Hotel Prague Towers, Kongresová 1, Prague 4:
- Hotel guests staying overnight have free parking,
- other participants are charged 300 CZK / day / vehicle.
- Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
Alternatively, you may also use public parking facilities in the vicinity of the Prague Congress Centre:
- Parking in front of the PCC – approximately a 3-minute walk from the hotel,
- P+R parking within walking distance.
We invite all participants to visit our “sustainable truck park,” located just in front of the hotel. There, HVO, bioLNG, and electric trucks will be on display alongside their teams, who will be available to provide practical insights into the showcased technologies.
We are also pleased to inform you that on both days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a dedicated lounge will be available on the ground floor of the hotel. This space is designed for informal meetings, discussions, interviews, or business appointments in a relaxed setting.
